Position: Maintenance Agent

In this role, you will respond to requests, resolve issues, and follow the approval process related to fleet maintenance in a call center. Based on your mechanical experience, you will support our clients in decision-making regarding their vehicle care. You will manage warranties, technical support, follow-ups, and discounts with providers (OEMs, agencies, workshops, tire shops), and process payments to third-party providers.

Main functions and responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from providers via the call center and handle orders generated on provider portals to record maintenance service estimates or resolve fleet managers' queries.
  • Create and track the status of repair orders in the maintenance system, validate vehicle history, costs (recording savings), and manage the service according to client parameters.
  • Follow up promptly on Salesforce cases and third-party payments, closing them timely with an updated Salesforce status.
  • Support internal areas in following up on maintenance requests that clients submit through them.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, or related fields.
  • Desirable two years of experience in post-sale areas within automotive companies (workshop, agency, leasing, OEM) or as a fleet administrator in a company.
  • English proficiency of 50%-60%.
