Job Summary

The Associate Client Manager (ACM) is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The ACM may work directly with sales executives on small groups that are sold and will have groups that are generally under $50,000.00 ANR. This position may have minimal assistance from a Client Coordinator. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client. The Associate Client Manager is also responsible for the service delivery of Luminare Health products and services that ensure client satisfaction.

This role is based remotely, however candidates must live in one of the following states: IL, MT, IN, IA, KS, MO, NC, NM, OK, PA, TX or WI

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for ongoing day-to-day involvement with assigned clients, including problem solving and issue resolution.
  2. Maintaining personal contact with clients through calls, visits, meetings, etc.
  3. Creating, analyzing, and presenting reporting packages.
  4. Coordinating and presenting renewals and claim reviews, with appropriate follow-through.
  5. Presenting relevant industry, corporate, and market issues to clients as appropriate.
  6. Completing Client Action Plans.
  7. Recommending appropriate upselling strategies and approaches.
  8. Overseeing stop loss renewal processes with Sales Coordinator/Underwriter.
  9. Collaborating closely with implementation managers during new business implementation, ensuring timely completion of SPD, and setting up performance metrics.
  10. Coordinating communications with clients and internal departments/vendors regarding new groups, plan changes, issues, etc.
  11. Producing reports, analyses, and other projects as directed by management.
  12. Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of client coordinator or related experience.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior-level executives.
  • Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range: $56,700.00 - $106,400.00
