The Associate Client Manager (ACM) is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation and everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The ACM may work directly with sales executives on small groups generally under $50,000.00 ANR, with minimal assistance from a Client Coordinator. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client. The Associate Client Manager is also responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through effective service delivery of Luminare Health products and services.
This role is based remotely, however candidates must live in one of the following states: IL, MT, IN, IA, KS, MO, NC, NM, OK, PA, TX, or WI

Salary Range: $56,700.00 - $106,400.00
