• Safely assist with setting up, operating, cleaning and improving production machines to meet customer demand.
• Follow GMPs and Pratt Industries safety rules.
• Assist the Machine Operator to maximize equipment utilization.
• Improve setup times and reduce downtime; report mechanical concerns.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and report hazards.
• Cross-train on other machines and learn additional plant duties.
• Complete production data, machine status, safety and quality reports accurately.
