Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a production machine operator responsible for setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. You will maximize equipment utilization, train helpers, and cross-train on other machines, while maintaining accurate reports and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment utilization by operating machinery at capacity.
• Train and assist First and Second Helpers with machine duties.
• Cross-train on other machines.
• Submit accurate production, status, safety, and quality data reports.
• Turn in maintenance work orders and assist with repairs.
• Follow the production schedule and suggest optimizations to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
