Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking an entry-level MACHINE HELPER to support the operators on the assigned machine. You will assist with setup, operation, cleanup, quality checks and recommend improvements to operations as part of a fast-paced production team.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work at a fast-pace set by the machine operator in order to adhere to production schedule.
• Assist in the set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately.
• Monitor board quality for defects and report problems to the operator.
• Complete all necessary reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
• Willingness to move up the line of progression and cross-train on other machines.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintain good housekeeping.
