Qualifications

• Prior corrugated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the folding and gluing machine following proper setup techniques.
• Minimize waste of sheet stock and glue.
• Operate the machine to run efficiently and produce quality boxes.
• Maximize equipment utilization by running at available capacity and speed.
• Learn to run multiple box styles.
• Inspect boxes for defects during runs (mis-slots, loose liners, misprints).
• Complete production reports accurately and on time (Production Data, Machine Status, Safety Data, Quality Data).
• Submit maintenance work orders to supervision for repairs and proactively maintain equipment.
