Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preference for packaging industry experience (6 months).
• Must be able to read and follow instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and adhere to safety rules.
• Follow GMPs and uphold quality procedures to prevent defects.
• Maximize equipment utilization, reduce setup times and downtime.
• Train and assist other operators and helpers as needed.
• Adhere to production schedules and report issues to supervision.
• Overtime may be required to meet customer demand.
