Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a production operator to safely run production machines, set up and clean, and drive improvements to meet customer demand. The role emphasizes strict adherence to safety rules, GMPs, and quality procedures to prevent defects from reaching customers.

You will train junior operators, help optimize setup and downtime, and support maintenance reporting. A high school diploma or GED is required, with packaging/manufacturing experience preferred and a Lift Truck

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and efficiently, meeting customer demand.
• Adhere to Pratt Industries safety rules and GMPs.
• Maintain quality by catching defects at the source and documenting data.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and downtime reduction.
• Communicate equipment issues and participate in maintenance requests.
• Support training of junior operators and cross-train on other machines.
• Follow production schedules and report any scheduling issues.
