Job summary

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services seeks a Location Manager to lead Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, OH, guiding daily operations with a family-first approach and deep respect for sacred ground.

You will coach a goal-driven team, oversee budgeting and planning, and ensure staff interacts with families with presence, compassion, and dignity while living our Catholic mission. This role requires 4–5 years of leadership experience and a proven ability to develop people and meet goals.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of leadership experience overseeing performance-based teams.
• Interest in representing and leading a Catholic-values organization.
• Proven record developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence.
• Warm, clear communication, written and verbal.
• Comfort with software and technology.
