Qualifications
- 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
- ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train kitchen staff, maintaining a high‑energy, positive environment.
- Oversee all prep and production for designated day part and ensure timely meals.
- Strict allergen safety protocols andHealth Department sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting and budgets.
- Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
