Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants seeks an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen in partnership with the Executive Kitchen Manager. You will ensure exceptional quality, safety, and guest experience while coaching a culinary team.

Salary ranges $70,000-$80,000/year with 10% bonus potential; final offer based on experience and internal pay equity. Benefits include health, retirement, and wellness programs plus strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long shifts.
• Must work 50–60 hours per week and have flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep, and line stations.
• Review schedules and manage operating systems.
• Lead kitchen training, food execution, and new menu roll-outs.
