Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen aligned with our wine-inspired menu and brand standards.

You will partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to drive culinary execution, coach Team Members, ensure food quality, and deliver a memorable guest experience across all departments.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year with a 10% bonus potential and comprehensive benefits as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum age 21 years; ability to read/communicate in English.
• Demonstrates financial acumen.
• Preferred ServSafe certification and state/local licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–2 kitchen departments including dish, prep, and/or line.
• Maintain professional image and uphold culinary and safety standards.
• Use POS systems, scheduling software, ordering/inventory systems, and MS Office to stay organized.
• Help execute new menu roll-outs, kitchen initiatives, and private events.
