Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume, scratch kitchen and drive excellence in food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Executive Kitchen Manager to coach and inspire the culinary team and deliver exceptional experiences.

The compensation range is $70,000-$80,000 per year with 10% bonus potential, and final salary will reflect experience, skills, and internal pay equity.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to read/communicate in English.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and ability to manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep, and line stations.
• Review schedules and manage operating systems.
• Conduct line checks and oversee ordering/inventory.
• Maintain food safety and a safe work environment.
• Lead kitchen training, recipe execution, and new menu rollouts.
• Collaborate with Executve Kitchen Manager and General Manager on goals.
