Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities across the US. This on-site, live-in position oversees all prep and production for the designated day part, manages staff, and ensures allergen safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Commitment is seasonal (May–Sept) with a full-time, exempt schedule averaging around 70 hours per week. Competitive pay, a bonus, and full room and board are provided.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional bakery experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, baking skills, adaptability with ingredients, and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff to deliver scratch-cooked meals.
• Oversee operations, portion control, and menu specs for designated day part.
• Maintain allergen safety protocols and top sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen staff, campers, and camp leadership.
