Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Metairie, LA is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales growth and teammate recruitment. The AIT pathway leads to higher responsibilities as Assistant Manager, with duties including training teammates, leadership in the absence of the Store Manager,

Qualifications

• Provide excellent guest service and build client relationships.
• Lead Teammates, recruit and train in collaboration with store management.
• Demonstrate sales techniques and product knowledge to drive performance.
• Adapt scheduling and responsibilities to store needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service guests while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
