The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience and lead the team in sales, merchandising and operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, and to step in as Store Manager when needed.

The role progresses from AIT with higher responsibilities, including leadership duties, training, and ensuring store performance aligns with Buckle's standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or sales environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate teammates.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
