Highgate Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Clerk in Paradise Valley, AZ to service guest rooms and public areas in accordance with brand and CDC cleanliness guidelines. You will maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues to supervisors.

The role emphasizes staying active throughout shifts, delivering attentive guest service, and upholding safety standards while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms daily.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from public spaces, hallways, and rooms.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock carts with cleaning and sanitization supplies.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Ensure overall cleanliness for all rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Clean and sanitize according to CDC and brand standards.
