Job summary

ZMC Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to supervise the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our Paradise Valley property.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, planning and assigning housekeeping work, and play a key role in hiring, training and interviewing candidates for your department, while delivering a friendly and efficient guest experience.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Effective communication with guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team with guidance and work assignments.
• Provide support and fill in when necessary.
• Hire and train new team members.
• Deliver towels, pillows, and supplies to guest rooms and respond to requests.
• Collaborate to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.
