Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to support gym operations and deliver a superior member experience within our Judgement Free Zone®. This full-time role (40 hours per week) may require evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs while driving sales and club performance.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, oversee front desk activities and ensure top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, guests and staff and ensure superior customer service.
• Assist with Staff Management and provide backup support to Club Manager.
• Schedule and supervise staff and oversee front desk activities.
• Oversee member service to ensure a superior experience at all times.
• Resolve employee issues or concerns as needed.
• Assist in ordering supplies and tracking statistics and reports.
