Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and deliver a top-tier Judgement Free Zone experience while driving club profitability. The role includes staff recruitment, coaching, and daily front-desk and member-experience responsibilities.

You will lead by example and ensure adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate has management experience, excellent communication, and a passion for service in a fast-paced gym environment.

Mansioni

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests and ensure staff follow service guidelines.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and assist in scheduling staff.
• Oversee front desk activities: answer phones, check-ins, tours with prospective members.
• Support cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and manage supplies within budget.
