Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required (can be obtained after hire).
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Experience in fitness/gym environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiting, hiring and developing staff.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and deliver superior service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and staff scheduling.
• Oversee front desk activities, member sign-ups, and tours.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Handle ordering of supplies within budget.
• Track statistics and prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports.
• Provide backup for staff absences.
• Work five days per week, ~40–45 hours.
