Club Pilates in Oxnard, CA is seeking an AGM/Studio Manager to assist the GM with sales execution, staff oversight, and retention efforts. The role involves events planning and social media management, with opportunities for career growth within the nationwide Club Pilates network.

You will lead intro classes, drive membership growth, and ensure high-energy member experiences while maintaining studio operations and reporting.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales and management.
Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
Highly organized with proficiency in CRM systems and studio management software.

Responsibilities

Execute and enforce the studio’s sales process from lead generation to closing.
Maintain personal sales performance and support team goals.
Achieve 60% conversion rate for intro classes.
Lead intro classes and build member relationships.
Ensure Goals/Motivation/Obstacles/Schedule data are gathered for quality interactions.
Contact new leads within 5 minutes of inquiry.
Resolve member issues and billing concerns.
Run biweekly retention reports and analyze data to improve retention.
Maintain studio cleanliness and retail presentation.
Schedule and staff the studio appropriately.
Oversee daily performance of sales reps and support staff.
Plan and execute in/out-of-studio events and manage social media presence.
Lead sales workshops and roleplays to improve team performance.
