Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced restaurant manager for our Cumberland County location. You will lead a shift of 10+ associates, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain product quality, and drive operations daily.

Responsibilities include managing the P&L, controlling expenses, coordinating local marketing, hiring and training staff, and promoting excellent customer service to build repeat business. A robust bonus plan compliments a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QSR restaurant management including team building, promotions, hiring, training and scheduling.
• Experience in managing systems, food quality, safety, sanitation, inventory, reporting.
• ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and lead the shift team of 10+ to going the extra mile in making our guests feel at home and excellent product quality.
• Manage the P&L through smart business planning, controlling expenses, making a significant impact on people, teaching excellent customer service, ordering, local store marketing and being a brand ambassador with initiatives that will drive sales and build repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ QSR restaurant management experience in the areas of team building, sales building promotions, customer service, hiring, training, marketing, ordering, scheduling, P&L experience.
• Managing systems, food quality, food safety, sanitation, training, inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, follow-up, and reporting results.
• ServSafe certification.
