Job summary

10 Store Quick Serv Hamburger Franchise is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations in our Maryland location. You will oversee a team of 40+ associates, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold top-quality product standards.

You will drive profitability through budgeting, cost control, strong customer service, and local store marketing, serving as a brand ambassador to grow sales and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' QSR General Management restaurant experience in the areas of team hiring, developing, motivating, team scheduling, productivity, food ordering system, store sanitation, cash management, reading and managing to the budget, P&L's, sales building promotions, local store marketing, ordering, and excelling in customer service.

Responsibilities:

ServSafe certification.

Flexible schedule. 5-day, 10-hour shift.

Compensation:

Salary: $70-$75K

Bonus: Paid monthly -TBD Based on experience

Partners in Profit - 1% of profits paid out every 12 months

PTO - Will accrue 13 days within first year
