Job summary

Htprof is seeking a QSR restaurant manager in Carlisle, PA area to lead a shift team of 10+, ensuring guest satisfaction and high product quality.

You will manage P&L, control expenses, and drive sales, promotions, customer service excellence and brand initiatives to foster repeat business. ServSafe certification is preferred and a strong leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ QSR restaurant management experience in team building, sales, customer service, hiring, training, marketing, ordering, scheduling and P&L.
• Experience managing systems, food quality and safety, inventory, setting goals and reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and lead the shift team of 10+ to deliver great guest experience and quality.
• Oversee P&L with smart planning, cost control and driving sales and repeat business.
• Coordinate local store marketing and act as brand ambassador.

Responsibilities:

Manage the operation and lead the shift team of 10+ to going the extra mile in making our guests feel at home and excellent product quality.

Manage the P&L through smart business planning, controlling expenses, making a significant impact on people, teaching excellent customer service, ordering, local store marketing and being a brand ambassador with initiatives that will drive sales and build repeat business.

Qualifications:

2+ years’ QSR restaurant management experience in the areas of team building, sales building promotions, customer service, hiring, training, marketing, ordering, scheduling, P&L experience.

Managing systems, food quality, food safety, sanitation, training, inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, follow-up, and reporting results.

ServSafe certification.
