Team Lyders is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Taco Bell location in Bristol Township, IL. You’ll support daily operations, manage people, and help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and safety.

This role develops future General Managers and requires leadership experience in QSR or retail, strong communication skills, and a readiness to work a 50-hour week. You’ll coach teams, monitor labor, inventory, and safety, and partner with the franchise to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic business math and computer literacy required.
