You will lead staffing, coaching, and operational excellence, working a 50-hour week including evenings and weekends, under a franchise model that sets wage and benefits locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years leadership in QSR or retail.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance goals.
• Support recruiting, training, and development of staff.
• Ensure store adheres to brand standards and safety practices.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and health & safety compliance.
• Address customer feedback and drive exceptional guest experience.
• Help manage P&L through cash controls and labor optimization.
• Maintain facilities and equipment through regular checks.
