Taziki's Café is seeking an energized restaurant manager in Suwanee, GA to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a guest-centric team. You will manage scheduling, supervise staff, and partner with the GM to hit cost targets while ensuring top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of management experience.
• Prior knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferred.
• Strong work ethic and passion for fresh food.

Responsibilities

• Review store’s P&L, assist with scheduling, and help GM reach cost goals.
• Master menu and product knowledge; serve guests and connect meaningfully.
• Lead the shift, set the tone, and give clear directions to staff.
• Mentor staff, manage quality crew development, motivation, and training.
• Support or work stations as needed (kitchen included); cash handling adherence.
• Assist GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Maintain Health Department Standards and proper alcohol handling.
