Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced restaurant manager for full-time operations. You will analyze store P&L, write weekly staff schedules, set the shift tone, mentor employees, ensure food safety, and master menu knowledge to deliver top guest experiences.

You will oversee ordering, recruiting, training, and performance evaluations, manage cash handling, and maintain health standards while supporting catering orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and mentor a team.
• Experience with restaurant Profit and Loss statements.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store P&L and drive cost goal achievement.
• Write weekly staff schedules balancing development and labor costs.
• Set shift tone and provide clear direction to staff.
• Mentor staff and manage training and evaluations.
• Maintain food safety and menu knowledge.
• Handle catering orders with the team.
• Oversee ordering and inventory of products and supplies.
• Screen and onboard hourly employees.
• Ensure proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Serve guests and build connections while upholding health standards.
• Follow alcohol handling policies and maintain hygiene standards.
