Taziki’s Café is seeking an experienced restaurant leader for a full-time management role in Alpharetta, GA. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food safety and brand standards.

The role emphasizes cost control, team development, and a strong focus on delivering a great guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Strong leadership, guest experience, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and mentor a team.
• Experience with restaurant P&L and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and general computer literacy.
• Capable of recruiting, training, and retaining quality staff.
• Must obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting.

Aufgaben

• Analyze store’s P&L and plan path to meet cost goals.
• Write weekly staff schedules balancing development and labor costs.
• Set the tone for shifts and give clear directions to staff.
• Mentor staff and manage development, motivation, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain food safety and product knowledge standards.
• Oversee catering orders with your team.
• Support or fill kitchen stations as needed.
• Order products and manage supplies.
• Screen, interview, and onboard hourly employees.
• Ensure proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Serve guests and build meaningful connections.
• Maintain health department standards and alcohol policies.
• Ensure proper food handling and hygiene.
