Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at a high level and to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.

You should have 3 years of restaurant management experience, solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and be skilled at training and coaching teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant General Manager, you will supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focused on guest metrics and engagement.
• You will drive guest experience initiatives and support day-to-day operations to maintain service excellence.
