Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, in partnership with the General Manager. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, ensure top performance, and help the restaurant stay at the peak of its game.

You will mentor the team, oversee daily operations, and focus on guest metrics and engagement while advancing through a structured development path with strong training and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
