Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You’ll partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest experiences.

You should have at least 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management, with knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling. You’ll coach and develop your team while focusing on guest metrics and engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
