Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in a fast-paced restaurant. You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement.

Qualified candidates typically have about 3 years of restaurant management experience, solid knowledge of health codes and safety, and a passion for training and developing their team.

Qualifications

• 3 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and guest service standards.
• Ability to manage and direct others, coach staff, and drive training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
