Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.

In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll ensure the restaurant performs at its highest level and delivers legendary guest experiences. You’ll focus on guest-related metrics, staff training, and daily operations while fostering a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience in supervising staff and coaching for performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at its best.
