Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.

In collaboration with the General Manager, you will drive the restaurant’s performance to ensure top-tier operation and guest satisfaction. You will prioritize guest engagement, team development, and accountability, while upholding standards for food safety, service quality, and overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop the team.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• You will focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
