Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and drive restaurant performance. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure a safe, friendly guest experience with top-quality food.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
• Non-exempt management position with a minimum of 50 hours per week
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant
• Build a strong team that consistently provides great food and a friendly experience
• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values in daily work
• Schedule and deploy Team Members to meet standards and expectations
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and food is served safely
