Border Foods LLC in Golden Valley, MN, is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and lead restaurant operations. You will manage the entire restaurant, build a strong team, ensure fast, friendly service, and drive safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
