Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running day-to-day operations at branded travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest. This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and team development, with growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise shifts, coach staff, manage cash handling, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining a clean, inviting facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of non-management staff and shifts.
• Step in to perform duties in the absence of the General Manager.
• Motivate staff and address issues to maintain morale and performance.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Manage cash handling and inventory checks; maintain a clean, inviting store.
