Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives clearly.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and shifts.
• Motivate staff during low morale and coach supervisors.
• Ensure policies and brand standards are followed.
• Maintain clean, inviting restaurant appearance and brand compliance.
• Handle cash management and daily reports as directed.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to promote long-term relationships.
