Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, coach a diverse team, and deliver the renowned Popeyes guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

As AGM, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager, lead shifts, manage labor and costs, ensure quality and safety, and help hire and train new team members, while upholding brand standards and hospitality. Join a welcoming team focused on growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience a plus).
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Enjoys fast-paced environments and great food.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
