Smoothie King is seeking a results-driven Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and elevate guest experiences across our stores. You will mentor team members, manage staffing, and uphold brand standards while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

As a key ambassador for the brand, you will coordinate with the General Manager on local marketing efforts, ensure safety and compliance, and promote our mission to inspire healthy, active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced guest service and retail environments.
• Proficient with POS systems, MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiar with OSHA/EEOC and applicable state laws.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in hiring, training, and leading the team.
• Manage store operations to ensure a great guest experience.
• Monitor KPIs and compliance with brand standards.
• Oversee cash handling and daily deposits.
• Promote brand values and run local marketing events.
