Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example style.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures; assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
