Popeyes is seeking a General Manager in Houston to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage people, inventory, and financial performance while upholding health and safety standards.

As the leader, you will recruit and develop talent, coach managers, and drive local marketing efforts to grow sales and profitability in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience at GM or AGM level preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all roles.
• Motivate and coach teams to meet goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food/labor costs and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Drive sales growth and profitability via operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
