Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team and oversee daily operations with General Manager.
• Plan staffing, shift scheduling, and staff development.
• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate team members.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.
• Partner with General Manager to develop managers and implement Panera policies.
• Ensure adherence to costs, inventory, and safety standards.
