Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
• Train and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Support hiring and performance management.
• Help manage P&L including labor and food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Address guest concerns for an exceptional experience.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Run the restaurant in the GM's absence.
