Job summary

KidStrong Assistant General Manager at the Davenport/W DM area focuses on leading the center operations, sales, and coaching excellence. You’ll work with the General Manager to foster a culture of learning and development for coaches and families.

You’ll manage KPIs, customer relationships, and event bookings while ensuring safety and a high-energy environment for children aged walking to 11 years. This is a growth‑oriented leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching kids aged 15 months to 11 years and strong communication with parents/guardians.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification teams.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required by HQ teams.
• CPR certification and basic safety knowledge.
• Prior management experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center's KPIs and financials to inform business decisions.
• Build relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Sell and schedule events such as camps and parties to maximize profitability.
• Coach students with a curriculum focusing on Brain, Physical, and Character development.
