Lodgco Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Courtyard Mt. Pleasant at CMU, a Marriott-branded property on CMU's campus.

You will lead by example, supervise in the General Manager's absence, and drive guest satisfaction through effective operations and team leadership. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience, and a focus on service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee hotel operations in the GM's absence.

• Assist with Front Desk policies and brand operating systems.
• Support sales efforts to attract groups and extended stays.
