Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Pearland, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily club operations, drive sales, ensure member satisfaction and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

You will supervise a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants, reinforce a high-energy culture, and partner with the Managing Partner to deliver exceptional results across staffing, facilities, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively including achieving KPIs required.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example with personal and team performance targets.
• Manage staff performance with ongoing development and coaching.
• Support Managing Partner in scheduling and labor management.
• Oversee member service resolution with pace and empathy.
• Lead generation and outreach to drive new member sales.
• New member acquisition and member integration into services and programs.
• Team member goal setting, development plans, and regular staff meetings.
• Supervise club asset management, including inventory reconciliation and supply ordering
